You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or publicly display our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10. Confidentiality
During cohorts and other interactions, both you and we may share information that is not publicly available, including financial details, strategy documents or internal processes.
We will treat such information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law or with your explicit permission. We expect participants to extend the same respect to each other’s information and examples shared in group settings.
Anonymised or aggregated insights may be used to improve our curriculum or illustrate concepts, but individual businesses will not be identified without consent.
11. Third-party tools and links
Our website and programs may reference or integrate third-party tools, platforms or websites (for example, accounting systems, scheduling tools or video conferencing platforms).
We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, which you should review carefully.
12. Disclaimers
While we aim to provide accurate, practical and current educational content, we do not guarantee that the website or any materials will always be complete, error-free or suitable for every situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, workspace or other services if we reasonably believe that:
- You have materially breached these Terms of Use; or
- Your actions create a risk to other participants, our systems or our reputation.
Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to us under these terms or at law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice on our website or via email where appropriate. Your continued use of the website or services after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, the courts of Victoria will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.
